I am an RRCA certified coach and have been running and racing since I was 14 years old. I grew up competing in track and cross country, and have worked as an assistant cross country coach at the college level. Recently, however, I have been primarily focused on distance training. I believe that my experiences with all different levels of training have equipped me to work with a wide variety of runners.

Whatever your goals are, as a coach I am committed to designing a plan that works best for you. While my experience and training informs my coaching style, I recognize that every runner is different and what works for/motivates me as a runner may not do the same for you.

I offer several different coaching services depending on your needs. All of my prices include a free consultation to determine your running history, current fitness level, past injuries, lifestyle, goals, etc.

Individualized Training Plan

Looking for more than just a cookie-cutter training plan for your next goal/race, but comfortable coaching yourself and tweaking things as you go? Then the individualized training plan option may be for you.

All individualized training plans come with a free one-on-one consultation to gather important information about your running history and goals. I will then use that information to develop a specific training plan tailored to fit your running needs. Each plan is uniquely developed for each runner. This plan is yours to keep and tweak however you see fit.

*The following prices are baselines. Plan lengths can be adjusted to meet your training and race goals.

3 months/12 weeks: $125

4 months/16 weeks: $150

6 months: $175


Looking to reach the next level in your running but not quite sure how to get there? A professional running coach can help! For those runners who are looking for individualized feedback and guidance throughout their training, e-coaching is the best option.

All e-coaching clients will receive a free one-on-one consultation to determine your running history and goals. From there, I will create an individually tailored plan aimed to get you to your goal (or goals!). You will also receive one-on-one support through regular emails, phone calls, and check-ins. Throughout the course of your training, I will help you adjust your training plan (and/or goals) based on how things are going. We will also cover other important areas that can help you run your best, such as increasing your mental strength, proper running nutrition, and race day strategies.

3 months/12 weeks: $350

4 months/16 weeks: $425

6 months: $500
